Training For June & July

Tonight’s (Wednesday’s) training will be the penultimate session before heading out to China on Monday 20th June. There will also be the final lesson on Saturday morning. During my absence classes will still be run but with no additional learning. Everyone will be able to practice what they already know under the guidance of senior students. My first lesson back will be on Saturday 23rd July.

For those that are interested the training regime Luke and I are undertaking looks like this:
06:00 – Wake Up
06:30 – 07:30 – Tai Chi / Qigong
08:30 – 11:30 – Wing Chun
14:00 – 16:00 – Wing Chun
16:40 – 17:40 – Wing Chun
19:30 – 20:20 – Chinese Lessons
22:00 – Lights Out

That’s repeated every day except for Saturdays, where we only work half a day and Sundays we are completely free. It will total something in the region of 144 hours of Wing Chun training! Awesome.
